The company was looking provide confidence to their outbound sales team in cold calling for business growth through "New New" business. After spending time with the team listening to their current best practice, interviewing key team members and talking to their managers its was straight forward to design a bespoke training event for them. An event that focused on two key areas. Firstly, the individual, helping them to understand how their behaviours, beliefs and values impact on confidence and sales performance often driving performance and occasionaly inhibiting sales performance. Secondly, a strong opening to the first 15 seconds of the call, the objective to earn the right to talk longer to a contact you have almost certainly interupted and is wondering why they should invest time with a stranger. The Post event activity and measurement has shown significant improvement in volume and value of  "new New" business sales leads.
